HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.No.82 of 2014 ORDER:

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 4 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2013 for providing their protection to the petitioner in spite of showing the Status Quo order granted by the learned II Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, by deliberately violating the interim directions of the civil court in order to support the 5th unofficial respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the Writ Petition has become infructuous since no further cause would survive for adjudication. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
