Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 5 - police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.08.2018, and conducting investigation, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 5th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Razole Police Station, East Godavari, dated 21.08.2018, stating that on the report of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.165 of 2018 dated 13-08-2018 was registered against the unofficial respondent No.7 herein and others, on the file of Razole Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 342, 290, 500 and 506 read with 34 IPC and investigation is taken up.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
