THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.34878 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the G.O.Rt.No.464 dated 19.09.2016 issued by the first respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (T.G.).

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that Market Committee was constituted for a period of one year. They further submitted that the Market Committee period was expired long back.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
