THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7762 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings No.PA/675(71)/14-RM(NLR) dt.12-11-2014 by reengaging the petitioner into service without giving the benefit of continuity of service for the period from 11-052005 to 12-11-2014 and not regularizing the services of the petitioner on par with his colleagues as illegal, arbitrary, discriminative opposed to doctrine of legitimate expectation and contrary to the principles of natural justice besides violative of Arts.14 and 16 of the Constitution of India; and ii. consequently, direct the 1st respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner on par with his colleagues and fix his seniority accordingly and also direct to grant all incidental and consequential benefits which includes monitory benefits."

Heard, M/s.Pillix Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical set of circumstances this Court disposed of writ petition Nos.2786 of 2012 and batch by way a common order, dated 29-02-2012 and a copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner as material paper.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons

recorded therein, this writ petition also stands disposed of, in terms of the above common order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
