HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.11951 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 16.12.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 (On being mentioned) This Court vide order dated 07.12.2023 disposed of the petition. However, in the said order, inadvertently, the name of the Court was wrongly typed as "Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jayashankar Bhupalapally" instead of "Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jayashankar Bhupalpally".

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and the order dated 07.12.2023 is modified replacing the name of the Court "Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jayashankar Bhupalapally" with "Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jayashankar Bhupalpally".

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
