THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.28532 and 28538 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Since the petitioners in these cases share a similar grievance, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions by way of this common order.

The grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is the alleged action on the part of the respondent Municipal Corporation in preventing them from making construction despite existence of sanctioned building permissions granted in their favour. At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, on instructions, that Parak Avenue Association filed W.P.No.18191 of 2017 alleging illegal constructions in the subject lands and the said writ petition was disposed of on 21.06.2017 with a direction to the Municipal Corporation to take action in accordance with law. It is further submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the respondent Municipal Corporation will follow due process of law and take action in accordance with law and that the respondent Corporation will not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners except as per law.

Recording the said statement, these writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 24.08.2017 ES
