When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, on instructions, that the subject vehicle bearing No.TN 34 C 8403 has been produced before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet, in Crime No.55 of 2018 of Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.

Therefore, keeping it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet, for necessary relief under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
