Petitioner claim to be the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.0-90 cents in Sy.No.229/2A, an extent of Ac.0-85 cents in Sy.No.229/2A and an extent of Ac.0-22 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.230/5A situated at Bellamvaripalem Village, Eletipalem Revenue Village, Nagaram Mandal, Guntur District.
Requesting mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds, petitioner filed an application through online on 27.01.2016. Alleging inaction in disposing of the said application, this writ petition is filed.

The receipt of the application is enclosed as Ex.P2 in the writ affidavit paper book.

If the application made by the petitioner is pending, Tahsildar is directed to consider the same by following due process of law in accordance with the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner by a reasoned order. The entire exercise shall be completed within
a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand close.
