O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Molakalacheruvu Police Station, Chittoor District, in not conducting investigation in FIRNo.35 of 2018 dated 08.06.2016, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Molakalacheruvu Police Station, Chittoor District, dated 24.08.2018, stating that occurrence of the offence in the above said crime was at Bangaluru City, Karnataka State, therefore, the crime was transferred by the Superintendent of Police Chittoor District A.P., to the Commissioner of Police, Bangaluru City, Karnataka State, vide C.No.C2/ 316/ 09/ Tr/ 2018 dated 01.08.2018, with a request to transfer the CD file to the concerned jurisdictional Police Station of Bangalore City for further investigation. In this regard, report dated 21.08.2018 was filed before the court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Thamballapalli, Chittoor District. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
