In view of the letter, dated 15-03-2016 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file writ petition afresh. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
