THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21432 of 2017 ORDER:
The matter arises under the A.P.(Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956 (for short 'the Act'). The lis between the parties centres around Section 2-A of the Act.
Learned counsel for petitioners does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty of the Court to work out remedies under the Act by filing appropriate petition.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioners can work out remedies before appropriate authority under the Act.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to avail remedies under the Act. No order as to costs.
