Take the audited half-yearly accounts for the periods from 01 .10.2021 lo 31.O3.2O22 along with Auditors' Report dated 09.O2.2O23 submitted on 20.02.2023 by M/s. tvlurthy & Kanth., Chartered Accountants on record and permission be accorded to make payment of audit fee; ii. Cost of this application and any miscellaneous expenses may be permitted to be met out by the Official Liquidator from the available funds of the company (in liquidation) or Estate and Establishment Fund Account if no fund is available in the company's account. This Company Application coming on for orders upon reading the Company Application and the affidavit dated 30-09-2023 filed by Sri Uttam Kumar Sahoo, Official Liquidator in support of the Company Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. J. Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator for the Applicant. The Court made the following ORDER :

This Company Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of rhe Companies Act, I 956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the half-yearly accounts along with the auditors' reporls of M/s. Murlhy & Kanth., Chartered Accountants of the company in liquidation.
Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Sri J.Srinadh Reddy, leamed counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted.
