I.A.No.1 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioner praying this Court to reduce the personal bond and surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/- imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13637 of 2024.

Heard both sides, Perused the record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to reduce only the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. Hence, the surety amount of Rs.25,000/- is replaced with Rs.10,000/- in the order dated 20.11.2024 and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
