ORDER:- This writ petition was filed assailing the inaction of the authorities in stopping the establishment and running of a new school by name Bhashyam English Medium School/Bhashayam Vidyaniketan by the sixth respondent in Nellore Town.

2. Sri G.Rama Chandra Rao, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, states that his client was granted permission by the authorities concerned to establish and run the school and that the petitioners herein challenged the grant of permission in his client's favour by way of W.P.No.22152 of 2012.

3. In the light of the aforestated statement, it is clear that the cause in this writ petition does not survive and it is for the petitioners to raise all the grounds available to them in law in the subsequent writ petition filed by them. Writ petition is therefore dismissed with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
