This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.703 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, I Hyderabad which arose out of Crime No.165 of 2009 of Sanjivreddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioner herein is arrayed as Accused in the said C.C. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 420 and 468 of Indian Penal Code.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner/Accused. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused tt-e record.
3. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking quashing of the proceedings are questions of facts which cannot be decided in a quash petition before this Court and the petitioner can agitate the same before the concerned Court under Section 239 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. However, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate all the issues and grounds that are raised before this Court by filing an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C., before the concerned Court.
