Crl.P.No. 8622 of 2018 :- Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent S.H.O., Jammalamadugu P.S., Kadapa District, in Crjme No. 305 of 2018 . The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in the Crl.P., and order of High Court dt. 29-08-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 8622 ol 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Rathanga Pani Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecuto(AP), for the Respondent/State, the Court made the following ORDER:- "This application is filed by petitioners/A-'l to A-3 seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in'the order, dated 29.08.2018, in Crl.P.No.8622 ot 20'18. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The condition imposed on the petitioners/A-l to A-3 to report before the Station House Officer concerned twice in a week i.e., on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, once in a month on first Sunday till completion of trial/enquiry is modified as follows: The petitioners/A-1 to A-3 shall attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday between 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. till filing of the charge sheet. There is no change in the other conditions. Accordingly, this petition is ordered."
