THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11785 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring that (a) the petitioner herein is eligible and entitled for regularization of the services in the post of lecturer in Hindi (grant in aid post) in Pragathi Mahavidyalaya Degree College, Hyderabad without reference to the cut off dates imposed in G.O.Ms.No.328, dated 15.10.1997;

(b) by holding the action of the respondents herein in not considering the case of the petitioner herein for regularization by extending the benefits of law laid down by Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.6199 of 1996 and batch dated 03.07.1998 and Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.28572 of 1995 dated 31.07.1996 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and opposed to law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court besides violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India; and (c) consequently direct the respondents herein to regularize the services of the petitioner herein as lecturer in Hindi at Pragathi Mahavidyalaya Degree College, Hyderabad, i.e., respondent No.3 herein with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits and to pass such other necessary orders. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.

03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
