(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a letter stating that the appellant would like to withdraw this appeal as it is proposing to settle the matter under the Sabka Vishwas Scheme, 2019. 2.

Permission is accordingly given with liberty to the appellant to revive the appeal in the event the settlement does not occur under the said scheme.

The CEA is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
