This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in taking-up mission bhagiratha works in the Sy.No.26/E/2 and 26/EE/2 of Boddugonda Village, Gudur. Since the revision filed by the petitioner against the order of the State Government rejecting his mining lease application for iron ore in the subject land is dismissed, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
