This petition is filed under Section 24 read with 151 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.2817 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, or any other Court near to Bhimavaram.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
