HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28965 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to issue a direction to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 14.06.2018, 02.07.2018 and 20.07.2018 of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books in his favour.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions received from Tahsildar, Railway Kodur Mandal, Y.S.R District stating that proper remedy for issuing the pattadar passbooks would be by way of making the application through on line enclosing all the supporting documents and also paying the requisite fees. It is also stated that the request of the petitioner for issuing the pattadar passbooks cannot be considered basing on the representation.

Having regard to the above stated circumstances, which are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is just and proper to dispose of the writ petition itself directing the petitioner to make an application through on line to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar enclosing the supporting documents and paying the requisite fee, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
