THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.349 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendants, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in O.S.No.428 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Tenali.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including questioning the legality of Ex.A.1, during the course of arguments in the suit. Permission is granted.
