HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14999 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 21.05.2015 issued by the second respondent under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the H.M.C. Act. It is only a show cause notice asking the petitioner to submit a reply within seven days from the date of receipt of the notice. The petitioners appear to have submitted their reply on 25.05.2015.

In the circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the reply submitted by the petitioners on 25.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
