Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for respondents.

Petitioner was originally imposed a punishment of removal from service from the post of 'Conductor' in the Road Transport Corporation of Andhra Pradesh. He preferred appeal which was allowed on 12-02-1998 and he was reinstated into service as a fresh appointment. On 06-02-2015 petitioner sought review of the same which was rejected on the ground that such review petition should be filed within two months from the accrual of cause of action whereas the petitioner has filed it fifteen years after the cause of action accrued to the petitioner. 3.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that this order is contrary to law, I am satisfied that the petitioner having filed the review petition fifteen years after the order was passed by the appellate authority on 12-02-1998, that the review petition filed by the petitioner was clearly time barred and that the respondents have rightly rejected the review petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
