THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2258 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 challenging the order dated 29.02.2016 in R.A.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein and whereby confirmed the order dated 29.06.2015 in R.C.No.171 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

Both the authorities directed the petitioner herein to vacate the petition schedule property. The petitioner filed an undertaking affidavit stating that he will vacate the petition schedule property within six (6) months.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is hereby directed to vacate the petition schedule property and handover the same to the respondents on or before 23.09.2017. However, it is made clear that no further extension petition will be entertained.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
