THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.8975 OF 2009 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 09.03.2009 said to be filed by the petitioner seeking settlement of death claim of his paternal uncle-late Chakka Rama Krishna, who is the agent of respondents herein.

Heard both sides and considered the material available on record.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2009 for settlement of death claim of late Chakka Rama Krishna, who is the paternal uncle of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
