THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.946 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in issuing Notice dated 16.2.2014 trying to dispossess the petitioners from their respective residential houses situated at Aswapuram village in Khammam District as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
