THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.899 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 22.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.9337 of 2016. By the said order, the State was directed to consider the representation dated 10.03.2016 made by the petitioner and take appropriate action as warranted in accordance with the due procedure. Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, State of Telangana, would inform this Court the Government of Telangana in the Municipal Administration & Urban Development (C1) Department complied with the aforestated order and issued Memo No.6023/C1/2015-5 dated 08.09.2016 holding that no action was warranted on the representation dated 10.03.2016 of the petitioner. A copy of the said memo is placed on record.

In the light of this development, no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction by this Court.
