HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29198 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the application dated 8.6.2018, submitted by the petitioners in Form No.6A, seeking to mutate their names in the revenue records in respect of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.5.15 gts situated at Sy.No.57, Ac.5.38 gts in Sy.No.56, Ac.2.19 gts in Sy.No.55, Ac.2.20 gts in Sy.No.55 of Konerupally Village, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted their application on 8.6.2018 requesting the respondent-authorities to mutate their names in the revenue records in respect of the above said lands, the respondent-authorities did not take any action so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the application of the petitioners dated 8.6.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 8.6.2018, made in Form-6A for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.5.15 gts situated at Sy.No.57, Ac.5.38 gts in Sy.No.56, Ac.2.19 gts in Sy.No.55, Ac.2.20 gts in Sy.No.55 of Konerupally Village, Choppadandi Mandal, Karimnagar District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving notices to all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
