HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 8079 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents to evict the petitioners pursuant to the order dated 17.11.2016, pending disposal of the appeal filed against the said order. This Court by order dated 8.3.2017, while issuing notice before admission granted interim stay of all further proceedings for a period of four weeks.

Today when the matter is called, none appeared for 5th respondent even though notice was served on her.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 not to evict the petitioners, pending disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioners before the first respondent against the order dated 17.11.2016 passed by the second respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
