Following the earlier decision, by order dated 15.12.2014, W.P.No.5248 of 2013 was disposed of directing the respondent - Corporation to pay salary to the petitioner for the period from November, 2011 to November, 2012.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent - Corporation produced the instructions dated 30.05.2015 showing that the amounts as directed by the Court were already deposited to the account of the petitioner. He also enclosed the pay slip evidencing the deposit of amount and statement showing payment of salary arrived at thereof.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is disputing any amount, it is open to him to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
