This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.489 of 2015 in O.S.No.54 of 2010 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Markapur. A perusal of the office note reveals that the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 27.06.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
