This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to direct the Special Mobile Magistrate, Kakinada, to grant interim custody of all goods seized in CC No.77 of 2015 (Crime No.74 of 2014 of Kakinada Port Police Station, East Godavari District). When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
