Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had made an application dt.09.07.2016 to the 1st respondent seeking cancellation of the construction permission granted to the 3rd respondent invoking Section 450 of the Greater Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

2. Sri P.Keshava Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
