VI NOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE P.SREE SUDHA TRC No.3 of 2004 O R D E R:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite his best efforts to contact the petitioner on several occasions, he has no instructions from his client. He therefore, does not intend to pursue the present Revision and accordingly, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the TRC. 2.

In view of the above said submission, this TRC is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
