Challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is the judgment and decree of the Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Tribunal, Hyderabad in OS.No.18 of 2012, dated 29.6.2015.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. On 17.12.2021, 29.3.2022, 06.4.2022 and 29.4.2022 tirr.e was sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner and obliging his request, time was granted. Though the matter was listed on 29.4.2022 under the caption "for dismissal" yet basing on the representation of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has to get instructions from the Waqf Board, time was granted. However, on this day, there is no representation on petitioner's side. Hence, there is no other option for the Court except to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
