HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19723 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.A.Govinda Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ........ to issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents, not mutating the petitioner name in the revenue records in respect of the agriculture land admeasuring Acres 1-03 Guntas in Survey No.23/ E situated at Yanampally Village, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and unconstitutional and violates the Articles 21, 31-A and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to mutate the petitioner name in the revenue records and issue the Pattadar Pass Book and Title deed....." .

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions sent by 4th respondent and submits that the claim of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and disposed of within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

By accepting and placing the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
