/Circle-18/Jubilee Hills/GHMC/2018, dated 17.07.2018, issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle 18, Jubilee Hills, GHMC-3rd respondent, to the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3.

In fact, in response to the show-cause notice, the petitioner herein submitted an explanation on 02.08.2018. 4.

Since the petitioner herein already submitted explanation in response to the impugned show-cause notice, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the said explanation, dated 02.08.2018, and to proceed further strictly in accordance with law. Till passing of final orders, no coercive action pursuant to the impugned orders shall be taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
