HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.29562 OF 2018

O R D E R

Based on the complaint of the petitioner, 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Karepalli Police Station, Karepally, Khammam District, registered the case in Cr.No.96 of 2018 under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 IPC against unofficial respondent No.6 and others. The grievance of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondents are obstructing him from cultivating his lands and that though he made representations dated 18.06.2018 and 23.07.2018 seeking police protection, the official respondents are not providing the same. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

It is to be seen that unless the rights of the petitioner in subject land are determined by appropriate court, police protection cannot be directed to be provided for cultivating the lands.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is life threat to the petitioner at the hands of unofficial respondents and that petitioner would make fresh representation.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation and on receipt of such representation, 4th respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. -------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:21-08-2018 AVS
