Aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Yemmiganur Town Police Station, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District, A.P., in not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.08.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into by the Circle Inspector of police and found that the petitioners and unofficial respondents are making claim for the management of temple and the marriage hall attached thereto, and as the dispute is purely of civil in nature, both the parties were counselled and advised to approach a competent civil court seeking redressal of their grievance. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced copy of the General Diary dated 25.07.2018, in support of his submissions. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to intimate the above stated action taken on the complaint of the petitioners in writing and thereupon it is open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedies available under law.
