SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.938 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioners in W.P.No.30173 of 2015 filed this appeal aggrieved by the interim order granted in their writ petition to the extent that it did not direct stay of reinstatement of the second respondentworkman in terms of the Award dated 08.05.2015 passed in I.D.No.93 of 2012 by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapuram, the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition. By order dated 13.10.2015 passed in this appeal, this Court granted stay of the order of reinstatement of the second respondentworkman and issued notice to him. Despite service of notice, the second respondent-workman has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through learned counsel.

As the earlier order dated 13.10.2015 sets out the reasons warranting stay of the direction of reinstatement of the second respondent- workman, the same needs no reiteration. In the light thereof, this Court sees no purpose served in keeping this writ appeal pending as the issue has to be adjudicated in the main writ petition.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the earlier order dated 13.10.2015.

Office is directed to list the main writ petition for final hearing in due course before the appropriate bench.
