HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30789 OF 2017 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that he completed ITI (Electrician) course and he was appointed as Bill Collector on NMR basis in Nizamabad Municipality on 26.06.1988 and his services were regularized in the category of Bill Collector with effect from 06.10.2010. While so, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.12.2010 to the 3rd respondent to convert him as Electrician. Thereafter, the petitioner was kept in-charge of the post of Electrician at Quilla Filter Bed Point in addition to the post of Bill Collector. The 3rd respondent forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the 2nd respondent vide letter No.C2/8805/2013, dated 18.02.2015. In turn, the 2nd respondent forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the 1st respondent vide Lr.No.1870/2014/K, dated 11.05.2015. As no action is being taken till date on the representation of the petitioner, he filed the present writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the representation of the petitioner is forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the

proposal sent by the 2nd respondent vide Lr.No.1870/2014/K, dated 11.05.2015, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 12.09.2017 tk.
