This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of Chandragiri Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307 r/w 149, 120-B, 379 IPC; Section 20 of APFA and Sections 24-A, 25(1-B), 25(1)(A) of the Arms Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners committed theft of Red Sander logs and attempted to kill the police personnel. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
