Singari Vanajabham v. The State Of Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22847 OF 2011 DATED: 24.06.2015 Between:
Singari Vanajanabham .. Petitioner And The State of Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Secretary, Home Department, and others.
.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22847 of 2011 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not taking action as regards his missing wife, Singari Tejavathi.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, relying on the written instructions dated 16.06.2015 furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Vajrapu Kothuru Police Station, Srikakulam District, informed this Court that upon the complaint lodged by one Tamminani Tammayya as to his missing daughter, Singari Tejavathi, Crime No.67 of 2011 was registered on the file of the Vajrapu Kothuru Police Station. Upon due investigation, the missing woman was traced out and her custody was handed over to her father, the complainant.
A final report was filed to that effect before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Palasa.
In the light of the afore-stated developments, the cause for
complaint does not survive for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
