HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 2351 of 2010 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in preparing the list of de-caderised Secretaries for posting by not including the names of the petitioners while giving affect to GO Ms. No.67, Agriculture and Cooperation Department, dated 20.02.2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
