This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.199 of 2016 on the file of Amalapuram Town Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 323 and 506 r/w.34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation into the matter is completed and the same is likely to be referred as false against the petitioner-A3.
