When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Smt.P.Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentMunicipal Corporation, that already the Corporation has issued notice under Section 452 (1) and (2) of the H.M.C.ACT, 1955, and further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
