Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in laying the 30 feet road from Hasanparthy to Ambala Cross Road by encroaching upon the portion of the Plot Nos. 36,37,38,39,40,41 and 42 to an extent of 1258 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.

117 situated at Hasanparthy Gram Panchayat Board, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, without acquiring the said land by following process of law, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the said plots belonging to the petitioner. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the High Court order dated 8/12/2009 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri BALLA RAVINDRANATH , Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Panchayat Raj, for the Respondent No.1 and Sri G.Elisha, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.

ORDER:

Status quo granted earlier is extended by six (6) more weeks. List after vacation.
