The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 07.08.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Kodangal Police Station, Vikarabad District, dated 18.08.2018, stating that on the complaint of the petitioner, entry was made in the general diary and enquired into, and it was found that the allegations of the petitioner are civil in nature and accordingly the same was informed to the petitioner by registered post on 17.08.2018. Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
