This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in including the property bearing D.No.24-376, Assessment No.2104 in RS.No.31, situated in Velpur village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari district belongs to the petitioner, without considering the objections filed by him on 16.03.2015, as per provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Town-Planning Act, 1920 and the Rules made there under to implement the proposed Master Plan issued under Form-1 in Roc.No.623/2013G1, dated 17.01.2015, issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to drop all further proceedings by setting aside the impugned notification. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Corporation submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.7160 of 2015 on 20.03.2015, directing the concerned authorities to consider the objections filed by the petitioners therein, before proceeding further in the matter. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed in terms of the order dated 20.03.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.7160 of 2015. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
